Shipping and Delivery

I aim to process orders usually within 1-3 business days & I usually dispatch Monday-Friday. Please get in touch if you require faster processing times and I will do my best to accommodate you. 

Delivery within the Republic of Ireland and in Northern Ireland take 1-4 business days. I ship all orders with An Post or DPD couriers based on the customer's choice in the checkout.  

If there is no shipping rate available for your order in the checkout and would like to order some of my work, please contact me directly via email at info@rachelwebbceramics.ie and I will be more than happy to arrange a delivery.

Orders shipped via An Post are shipped using registered post with tracking.

Orders shipped via DPD Ireland are traceable. You will be provided a tracking number so you will be able to keep an eye on your order from door to door. DPD offers a text message/email notification service so you will be notified once your order has left my workshop. 

Please make sure to provide a complete address including postal code and a contact phone number for delivery purposes.

Once your order is shipped, I won’t be able to accept any responsibility for any delays as these would be completely outside of my control e.g. seasonal shipping delays etc. 

Cost of delivery in the Republic of Ireland. 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. The shipping cost depends on the content of your order and costs €6.50 with An Post and €13.50 with DPD Ireland. 

International Shipping. 

International orders are usually a subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are not included in the final price of an order in the checkout.

The customer is responsible for all import taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence. 

Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery centre and be held until the payment for customs charges and duties is completed. 

I am currently shipping internationally to UK, Europe, Canada and US. 

The shipping rates vary and are calculated in the checkout.

The shipping times can also vary and usually take anywhere between 3-10 business days for orders within Europe and 7-21 business days for orders to North America. 

Packaging

I aim to use only recyclable and biodegradable packaging for shipments. 

Gift packaging for our ornament collection is intended to be kept and used for storage and protection of pieces outside of the festive season. 

Other packaging can be reused or recycled.
