Refunds and Returns

 Every single piece is created individually in my studio in Galway city. All elements of the making process are completed with love & care by hand with attention to the smallest detail. I strive for a high end finish with the intention to make each piece a little work of art in it’s own right. Due to the handcrafted nature of my work and the nature of the material used, no two pieces will ever be exactly the same. With this in mind, please allow for small variations in shape and colour. 

This makes every piece completely unique.

Returns

We hope to make all of our customers happy with their purchases and want to help in any way we can. Saying that, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping cost for a return is the buyer’s responsibility. It’s advisable to keep proof of postage and have the returned package tracked as we cannot accept responsibility until your parcel reaches us. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately or within 7 days from the date of delivery if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Please also make sure to keep the original packaging and take photos of both the packaging and the damaged product/s. We will need photographic proof to help us assist you and resolve this for you in a timely manner. 

We will either offer you a refund or replace any damaged piece/s. 

Refunds

Refunds will be processed and send back to the payment method originally used to pay your order. Please allow for 3-7 business days for a refund to reflect on your account. If you haven’t received your funds after 10 business days have passed, please contact us so we can follow up with our payment processing partners and resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
